The 5-10-5 Agility Test is used to measure the speed and agility of the player over
a short distance. Three cones are place 5M apart. Player starts with the center
cone between their feet. When ready the players sprints 5M to the left and knocks the
cone over. The player then sprints 10M to the last cone and knocks it over. The player
finishes by sprinting 5M and knocking over the middle cone.
